A hearing to determine whether a U.S. Army general will face a military trial on sex charges is continuing for a third day with testimony from a female captain who says he pressed her to provide nude photos of herself.
The Fayetteville Observer reported ( http://bit.ly/PDPXhc ) Wednesday the woman testified she placated Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair by sending him pornographic photos download from the internet and digitally altered to add her face.
Another female captain testified Tuesday that Sinclair twice forced her to perform oral sex and threatened to kill her and her family if she told anyone.
Sinclair faces charges including forcible sodomy, wrongful sexual conduct and adultery, which is a crime in the military. The allegations involve relationships with five women. Sinclair faces life in prison if convicted.
