This year's Cyber Monday is projected to be the biggest day of online shopping of the year for the third year in a row. According to research firm comScore, Americans are predicted to spend about $1.5 billion today, up 20 percent from Cyber Monday last year.
2. Powerball Jackpot Reaches Record High
The top Powerball prize will spike up to about $425 million for Wednesday's drawing, after no winning numbers were called on Saturday. The weekend prize was an estimated $325 million jackpot, the fourth largest in the game's history.

3. Casey Anthony Detectives Overlooked Google Search
The Florida sheriff's office that investigated the disappearance of Casey Anthony's 2-year-old daughter now says it overlooked evidence that someone in the Anthony home did a Google search for "fool-proof" suffocation methods on the last day the girl was seen alive. More than 1,200 entries were overlooked.
4. Man Arrested After Telling Kids Santa Isn't Real
A man was arrested after telling children that Santa Claus is not real at a holiday parade in Canada last week. He now faces criminal charges for causing a drunken disturbance and a breach of probation.
5. Rolling Stones Kick Off '50 and Counting' Tour
The Rolling Stones made an epic return to the stage in London on Sunday night for the first of five concerts marking the 50th anniversary of their debut as a band. The show saw guest appearances from names like legendary guitarist Mick Taylor and Mary J. Blige.
