In celebration, Krispy Kreme is offering a free donut from 6am to 6pm  Friday at all participating stores including those in Daly City, Mountain View and Union City . No purchase necessary Dunkin Donuts also has a free Doughnut Day Friday (if you purchase a beverage) but good luck finding one anywhere near you if you live in the Bay Area.
