Lucas County Prosecutor Julia Bates said Friday she will review the case and decide whether to seek his extradition to Ohio. He is accused of stabbing a man who was standing outside a church. Abuelazam already is serving a life sentence without parole, and the prosecutor in Flint, Mich., says additional trials would be costly. Two more murder cases and six attempted murder cases are pending in Michigan.
