1. Health Care Vote

The Supreme Court is set to deliver its decision this morning on the constitutionality of President Obama's health care initiative.

2. Countless Homes Destroyed by Wildfire

At least 300 homes have been destroyed by wildfires in Colorado Springs. President Obama plans to visit Colorado's fire zone on Friday.

3. Man Sentenced for Fatally Shooting Neighbor

Retired firefighter Raul Rodriguez was sentenced to 40 years in prison for killing his neighbor in the Texas "Stand Your Ground" case. Rodriguez claimed he needed to use deadly force in a confrontation with his neighbor over a noisy party.

4. Car Prices Falling

New car prices have dropped $500 on average in the past year, mainly because Japanese automakers have restocked dealers after shortages in 2011, according to the Kelley Blue Book auto pricing service.

5. Turn up the Heat

Across the United States, hundreds of heat records have fallen in the past week. More than 1,000 records have been broken around the country, including 251 new daily high temperature recorded on Tuesday.
