The parents of a Rutgers student who killed himself after his roommate used a webcam to see him kissing another man say they became more convinced of the roommate's guilt as details emerged during a three-week trial.

Joe and Jane Clementi said that it was only at the trial in March that they learned that their son Tyler had looked at roommate Dharun Ravi's Twitter page dozens of times in the two days before his suicide.

Ravi tweeted about seeing Clementi kissing another man just days before Clementi's suicide in September 2010.

Ravi was convicted of bias intimidation and other crimes and spent 20 days in jail.

The Clementis gave an interview Friday to The Associated Press.
